Tuesday Things.
1. These little caprese bites up here are nothing new, but instead of using pesto, I used my basil vinaigrette and it was a game changer. Easier and so delicious!
2. How adorable are these chewy ice cream cone cookies?!
3. The way to my heart? Pickle seltzer, pickle pizza – so many pickle things are making their way to the shelves. I’m here for it.
4. How to stop caring what people think about you.
5. TV things!! Ugh, our TV blew out yesterday – this is maybe the second or third time this has happened to us in 15 years. The darn flatscreens! Anyway, have you watched Flamin’ Hot yet? It’s so good.
6. I’ve also been listening to the Scamanda podcast. I’m pretty hooked.
7. We are in a popcorn phase right now. I mention this every few months – we get on a popcorn kick and can’t stop, and the kids are on it too. List your favorite toppings/combos below!
8. Would you put seltzer in your cream cheese? Apparently it’s the secret!

Nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and garlic powder on popcorn! YUMMYÂ
Movie theater popcorn HAS to be topped with peanut M&M’s!!!
We are big popcorn fans here! We frequently make a batch on the stove. We like most of the savory flavors from Kernel Season’s and Urban Accents (you can find on Amazon). Dill pickle flavor may sound strange, but is surprisingly good! :)
I haven’t heard of seltzer in cream cheese, but we’ve been putting it in our waffle batter for years (my grandma’s recipe), and it makes them so light, fluffy and crispy!
Penzey’s Mural of Flavor seasoning. Game changer for popcorn.
Feeding Littles (I think it was them) posted that TJ’s has a pickle seasoning right now that is amazing on popcorn!
I’ve also been listening to Scamanda and it’s absolutely nuts! I really, really, really wish we had more time markers, though – I have absolutely no idea how to follow a story that clearly happens over several years when we get no sense, ever, of the time.
Flamin Hot was so good! We loved it!Â
Popcorn toppings must: Sriracha, butter, and Ranch powder!
