A Week In The Life, Vol 11.
Another week!!
With my little leprechauns.
Emilia put this outfit on for theater class and I just had to document it!
The millennial dream… our nugget ice maker finally came in. I put one in our wet bar! We all love it.
Spring picture day for these two!
How is he so old?!
Jordy also started a little toddler 2s class.
Can you even believe he will go to preschool in the fall?!? HOW?!
Wiped out after with snuggles.
Emilia and I made two batches of joy’s dad’s cookies this week!
Baby friend date!
Coffee too.
Marshmallow latte. It was so good.
The kids LOVE to bring all the pillows and blankets into our room on the floor and watch a movie. This is what Jordan did when I was getting ready and the kids were at school! So precious.
Little spa day date while Max was at hockey practice and Jordan napped.
She excels at making cookies now!
Guys! He is getting a REAL HAIR CUT this week.
Last night I saw Grease downtown.
Today we were all SO TIRED from losing an hour of sleep.
The original BFFs.
Jordan’s fave: make a funny face.
Onto a new week!

My kids are grown now and so I love seeing your weekly pictures. Fun times! Can you tell me about your nugget ice maker? I have 2 Subzero built in ice makers which I am not fond of. Too noisy. I would love a small counter top one for the bar area that produces small ice cubes. Thought yours might be something to look at. Thanks!
ours isn’t countertop! I bought the Uline 15 inch built in for the wet bar – https://www.u-line.com/hnb315-hnp315.html – we absolutely love it so far, but I will say that a few years ago when I was buying appliances for our new home, multiple sales associates told me many of the built in ice makers would break and it was a matter of getting one that was easy to repair… gah! I took the risk anyway. I wanted the panel ready version so it went seamlessly into the wet bar, so we shall see!
I have friends that have the GE opal ice countertop one and love it! I didn’t have a realistic spot for it in our previous home so I never bought one. but I’ve heard they are great! https://www.amazon.com/GE-Profile-XPIO13SCSS-Stainless-Nugget/dp/B0964BF4N7/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=1XXCYEJ36T7E3&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.KxtN0GibRqzF_MgfPVlS5hxmiFmfV6MGQKpi-lHMCTUhTz1rQUwEvpHOQUSML95Sm_bJieRvt6RGpv06wnkcf5RJcVLgzCuRLB-yCuggu5L6-eZSrYBeZUXj2_0E5ceM3uStnMA3Qrlq5oaL_XmrcEJ87NdDSMixkVWcZUFguYD9ki9buZXd5Jgt4Y9furKAJgTUaJwalvB-chX4QtG8FQhUbKljtFhyJvi53MUi2CM.MLpMFUqwDFKsa-Y_D7IKIAbjbYCoY8oYH6u1EmQV-VI&dib_tag=se&keywords=ge+opal+ice+maker&qid=1710155622&sprefix=ge+opal+ic%2Caps%2C87&sr=8-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1
Ok I have to ask..what size of feet does Max have? They look huge! Can’t believe how much he has grown. I remember when he was born. They grow up so fast, don’t they? My babies (twins) will be 35 in June. Time goes by so quickly, so you have to enjoy each and every moment.Â
Your kids are adorable! Your recipes look terrific! I am trying the fire roasted tomato soup tonight!
So didn’t you just love Grease? The original play was written by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey and was done in an ancient trolley barn at Kingston Mines Theater in Chicago. We lived in the area at the time and my husband helped out behind the scenes for the performances. We were acquainted with Jim and Warren (he’s since passed) and several of the case members. We saw the play many times; had an original script but have no idea what happened to it. Who knew that this play would turn into what it has. Hope you enjoyed it!
