Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes.
It all begins with peanut butter.
Don’t most things start with peanut butter? Lunches as a kid, first days of school, breakfast every morning…
Maybe it’s just me.
But sometimes, I think my life revolves around peanut butter (and chocolate, of course). Not that I’m complaining.
I used the recipe for whole wheat chocolate peanut butter pancakes, left out the chocolate, and then smothered the pancakes with melted peanut butter and a jam topping.
I love smothering.

Hi!
I’m thinking of making these for brunch this weekend, but am wondering if using regular all purpose flour would okay. I have so much of it and already have everything else for this recipe….I’m just feeling lazy and not wanting to go back to the store. Would the texture be off?
Thanks!
Jenna
Yep totally!

Could you please put a print button on your posts? I even tried to print the entire, long post with pictures and everything, but my printer said it was 1 page and only had the recipe title and first picture. Very annoying.
