I just ate a plate of brussels sprouts.

It kind of looked like this…

…but not as pretty. Oh, and it also lacked the BACON, POTATOES, and ONION. Who am I and what did I do with myself? I ate the brussels pan-roasted in olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.

I have nothing else to say. I just needed to tell you. And I needed this to be documented in WRITING. It is now set in stone.

And because of this, I think you should all go play the lotto tonight. Good luck!

If you like Balsamic vinegar, you should definitely try drizzling that on the Brussels sprouts when you roast them… So yummy! :)
