Hah! I do that with ALL nut butters – it’s insane…
But Jess – how do you manage to get a perfect shot of that peanut butter? I wouldn’t be able to even snap a picture…because my automatic reflex is to shove it in my mouth…sad but true ;)

Hi Jessica! I’ve been stuck inside for 2 days by Texas’ 2011 Ice Storm of the Year and in an attempt to cure my boredom, began searching your site for recipes I could make. I settled on oreo balls (mostly because we have been having rolling blackouts & I didn’t need too much electricity for them, lol). I absolutely loved them! So much fun & easy. One question though, do you have any suggestions for how to easily dip the oreo balls in chocolate? I made quite a mess! Thanks for the recipe!

I dip mine with 2 forks! This allows the chocolate to run off. I also make sure they are VERY frozen before dipping, then pop them right back in the freezer!

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED those pumpkin cakes. I made them MULTIPLE times. YUM YUM YUM! Now, I need to make these. ASAP.
