I just opened a new jar of salted caramel.
Well… technically I’m lying. I opened it last night. Late last night.
Not like that was obvious with the full inch missing from the top.
What should I make with it? What should I do? What would you make? Hit me with your best shot.

Salted caramel brownies. if you leave out the sea salt (and just use the entire jar of caramel) they will be chewy and you will cry tears of caramel to replenish your stocks. also you will gain a pound for each brownie.

as a layer in brownies with a fudgy ganash as the top layer!

Besides lie awake thinking about the fact that it was in my kitchen wanting to be consumed??? I’d definitely go the salted caramel brownie route, probably with ice cream and homemade hot fudge sauce and more salted caramel on top because I like it dirty like that. ;)

That rich color steals my heart! Oh, the ways to eat this glorious goodness. I, personally, am a lover of chocolate and caramel. I would probably swirl it in some vanilla icecream and then sandwich that between to fresh baked chocolate chocoalte chunk cookies. Oh yeah, that sounds amazing.
OR how about drizzled over some warm peach cobbler with some vanilla icecream melting under the pile of fruity goodness?

Dark chocolate chip cookies drizzled in salted caramel!

Well Jess if you know me from my email then my solution
Ghiardelli dark chocolate lava cakes with pecans and caramel ribbons, topped w/ pralines and cream ice cream and a caramel drizzle.
Hmmm… I think I’ll have to go drum that up.
