I’m obviously not keeping up with my resolution this year.
I didn’t have time to do those dishes today. I had many other important things to do.
Like make these cupcakes with my cousin.
And paint my nails this color.
That is OPI Vintage and I died a little inside when it was discontinued. And isn’t my skin just the most gorgeous shade of golden brown? Yeah, I think so too. I’m so tan I can hardly take it.

We all know that dirty dishes have WAY more character. In fact, I say you utilize the room under the sink as well. Just don’t tell Mr. How Sweet I suggested it….

Haha — obviously you have your priorities down pat. The dishes will always be there waiting patiently for another day. Now you need to go get yourself some pink rubber gloves so you don’t ruin those nails when you do the dishes!! I saw some really cute rubber gloves at the local Dollar Store the other day.

Meh, don’t worry about the dishes. You freshly painted nails wouldn’t appreciate you digging your hands into hot water and scrubbing.

I haven’t been great at keeping the dishes clean either. But it’s a constant battle. We don’t have a dishwasher, all by hand baby. And I hate it.

We do all ours by hand too, no dishwasher. And my sink usually looks like yours or worse (they tend to overflow to the counter)… I’m horrible at keeping up with the dirty dishes… maybe because it’s no fun! I’d rather be baking than cleaning!

I love nail polish. It is my favorite thing in the world. My hands are long and skinny like spider legs. When I paint my nails, my hands are just WOW. :D

Tanned skin is OUT anyway Jess. I live in Florida and am proud to be pale pale, sunless white. Untanned skin is healthy skin girl. Trust me porcelain is come back.

Oh, I hate when mean old OPI disontinues my fave polish colors. Sometimes you can find them brand new on Ebay. I just found my fave there (country club khaki) and it made me so happy I ordered 3 bottles! :)

We all have days like that, or at least I seem to have many days like that! The dishes can wait, life’s too short, have fun doing what makes you happy! We have more important things to do, right !?!

I hate it when OPI discontinues colors! You should try a new color they have, it’s part of the “Katy Perry” line, it’s called “teenage dream”; it’s pink and when you look at in the sunlight, it sparkles like diamonds! I’m in love with it!
