I want to make these for a friend for her birthday, but she’s allergic to eggs. Do you have any tips on how to substitute a different ingredient for the eggs? Thanks!

I’m honestly not even sure where to begin subbing eggs when it comes to cheesecake, but I did a quick google search and came to this: http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1641,150189-242207,00.html. Maybe you could try some substitutions using that recipe? I’ve never had a cheesecake without eggs though so I’m not sure how it would taste.

Yumm! This recipe is a little different than most that I have seen for this type of cheesecake. I am looking forward to trying this one. If you want a piece, you’ll have to hurry.

These didn’t taste as good as I expected them to (but I still ate all of them) also I regret making these because my doctor said I have high cholestrol and I suspect these are the culprits :(
