We’re gonna need to have a portable ipod player in Austin. You bring your music and I’ll bring mine. Mine is equivalent to a 12 year old girl. so we can even each other out.
Is your housecoat the stiff quilted kind? The ones that can stand up on their own? The ones so tough you could do battle in them? That might date you a little…
I love that you have Peg by Steely Dan — my brother in law is a HUGE Steely Dan fan, so usually in the car they will listen to those CDs. My 4 year old niece knows every word to Peg and it cracks me up to hear her sweet little voice sing that song!
I agree!!! We do not ALL have dentures.. walk stooped over and shuffle!! Being almost 60..I still feel young!
For a true list of that age you would need some Beach Boys..Simon and Garfunkle and Four Seasons!!!
Sarah McLachlan is my favourite singer (and has been since I was a teenager), Surfacing is my all time favourite album, and I own all the Buble albums as well :). So sign me up. P.S. Although a completely different song (obviously :)) if you’ve never heard the Cindy Lauper and Sarah McLachlan version of Time After Time, it’s absolutely fantastic :).
Nah, that’s a GREAT playlist! My mom’s 61 and she listens to Cosmo Radio on XM/Sirius. She loves when they get all raunchy and dirty-talky. Gah, she’s so embarassing.

You gotta get some Neil Diamond on there… he’s my all time favorite! (I’m 25 years old… physically…)

If you’ve got Adele, you’re fine. A little old-school, but fine. LOL :)

I have the same issue with my tv watching… never met a police/law show I didn’t like. My friends endlessly mock my love of NCIS and Blue Bloods.
As for your list, you have some current people on there, so I’d say it’s more a 45-50 yr old’s play list :)

I love Leather and Lace. It’s on my current playlist right now too.

I’m disappointed in the lack of James Taylor. I thought you were a fan!

Hahahah the reason there is barely any James on here is because I have another 100+ song playlist devoted to him!

Sarah McLachlan is one of my all time favs!!!
Love Adele too :)

Love Jerrod Niemann! Saw him in concert 2 weeks ago and he’s gorgeous in person!

I love Michael Buble. I LOVE to listen to the Michael Buble pandora station while I bake. Love it! :-)

I love this list even if it ends up doubling my real-age! Fabulous choices…

This isn’t bad at all! Now, if Josh Groban shows up, I’ll start to wonder…

So what’s wrong with sixty? :)
