I say stay. Its so gorgeous up there. I am heading up north in a few weekends to do some camping and a fall trip to the winerys on the other side of the state.

Where on you? Each post is prettier than the last one and each day I ask the same thing – where on earth are you? It’s beautiful, peaceful and looks like a sheer piece of heaven. I want to go, only I don’t know where. Fill us in, please?
PS – thanks for all your great recipes, even being on vacation in heaven. Had to take alot of gumption to even think about working and cooking….but you managed to do a great job. Now…you probably need another vacation, right? Right? :)

I love trips up north to the lake. I am taking my family to Mackinac Island next week where my husband and I got married 12 years ago. Enjoy the rest of your trip and suck in as much of that clean fresh air as you can.

I have to ask; is the 4th pic down the Ironton Ferry? If so, I’m WAY jealous that you were on Lake Charlevoix. I’m heading up to Walloon this weekend I’ve started to count the minutes… Gorgeous pics as always :)
