I used to work at a cookie shop and this reminds me of it. Looks great and can’t wait to try this recipe out! And make it in front of my friends because they’ll never believe I could bake on a skillet. So neat.

I made it last night to celebrate my daughter’s HS graduation! It was a hit and the family thought it was great I’d brought all the premeasured ingredients to the OBX. Doesn’t everyone travel to the beach with a cast iron skillet? :)
