Afternoon Delight: Insane Yogurt Bowl.
I promise this is not your regular, run-of-the-mill yogurt bowl.
Ok. It probably is.
What I really promise is that it is fantastic.
Coming in at over 500 calories, this baby keeps me full for hours.
Not to mention that it is sweet, includes chocolate, and excludes veggies.
This is what is in my go-to bowl: 1 cup of plain, fat-free, greek yogurt, 1 microwaved apple with cinnamon, 1/2 cup chopped strawberries, 1 chopped kiwi, 1/2 cup of high-fiber cereal or granola, 1-2 tablespoons of coconut, 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate chips, and 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
You must add the warm apples to the bowl first, then add the chocolate chips and peanut butter so they melt slightly.
Try this. Please.
You can thank me later.

With salads, oatmeal and yogurt I’m always a cheap ass. I don’t have enough ingreds on hand to make something that amazing, so I throw two or three toppings on and try to convince myself it’s “classy”. But… I’m totally not convinced.
I really thought Mr. How Sweet was going to be involved in this somehow.
I love yogurt, although I make homemade coconut yogurt, which takes some time but so worth it! I love to throw in all types of toppings whenever I do indulge in it!
LOL at Ashley’s comment – so true!!!
That looks like heaven in a bowl!! :)
mmm and this tbs of peanut butter… so tasty!
I’ve been obsessed with yogurt bowls for breakfast. But mine are not that fancy. ;) As long as I use PB or AB on top, I’m happy.
awesome! I eat Greek yogurt and Kashi go Lean Crunch almost everyday for breakfast…love the add-ins!
I love the idea to microwave the apple! I’m obsessed with microwaving peanut butter to dip my apple into with breakfast. It makes it feel more decadent.
done and done! :) trying itttttt love the combo of all the fruits esp the kiwi!!
I need that! 500 calories would be great for breakfast.
Wow, this is great! I didn’t have all the ingredients, but thank-you thank-you for the inspiration! Never would have thought to microwave the apple or put peanut butter with yogurt, but I love it!
Love the idea of microwaving the apple first- never thought of that!!!
Oh wow…you know one way to make this even BETTER? Use Coconut Peanut Butter instead!! I’m totally going to try this sometime. :)
Quite possiblt the fanciest youghurt bowl I’ve ever seen!
