Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes.
It all begins with peanut butter.
Don’t most things start with peanut butter? Lunches as a kid, first days of school, breakfast every morning…
Maybe it’s just me.
But sometimes, I think my life revolves around peanut butter (and chocolate, of course). Not that I’m complaining.
I used the recipe for whole wheat chocolate peanut butter pancakes, left out the chocolate, and then smothered the pancakes with melted peanut butter and a jam topping.
I love smothering.

I am so making these when I go home for my dad…he loves PB&J, especially goobers ; )
Oh my word…the shots of the ooey gooey peanut butter are MONEY. I want to stick my tongue under the PB waterfall in the first one.
Truth is, I don’t really love jelly that much, but give me PB an anything and I’m happy!
Girl, you’re going to kill me.
That is a stack of heaven right there! I could really put PB&J on just about anything. :) I do adore them in oats!
WOW! and my BF and I thought we were the only folks in the world who melted peanut butter and put it on our pancakes!! I like to make 3 small ones for myself and spread my homemdae raspberry jam in the middle of them and then pour the peanut butter on top! It’s sooo good!!

Oh your Honorable Culinary Highness,
I bow down to thee and your ingenuity. PLease, accept my bow of worship.
But seriously, freaking good idea. I would just add crunchy bits of bacon into the pancake batter, and some fresh bananas for an Elvis twist. ;-)
GAHHH your KILLIN me (smalls) hehe
love that!!
Total food porn, love it. PB is my favorite topping, filling, by the spoonful you name it. These pancakes make me smile big ’cause I know they taste great! xo
We tried this but prefer PB and syrup. It is a go-to stick-to-the-ribs favorite during the winter
Good thing my boyfriend is allergic to peanuts and I cannot have peanut butter in the house… because I would NOT be able to stop eating these!! This sounds amazing!
