Three Things I Didn’t Cook This Weekend.
This fish.
My mom made it. It was some sort of romano crusted fish. It was delicious. We paired it with roasted potatoes and fruit salad. I asked where the vegetables were and she looked at me like I was insane.
This burger.
Mr. How Sweet made me do it. It was a delicious decision.
This breakfast.
Mr. How Sweet made it. I laid on the couch.
Now if you need me, I’ll be on the treadmill forever.

Looks like a tasty weekend!
That’s a 5 Guys burger, isn’t it??? I can spot those a mile away usually.
Yes! It was really good. I didn’t realize it, but I don’t think I had a burger in maybe… 6 months? It hit the spot. The one pictured is Mr. How Sweet’s!
haha i reconized it too!!
I saw that picture and immediatly changed my dinner plans from a roasted chicken to 5 Guys!
Yay, I’m so proud of myself for recognizing it! It was the fries that really gave it away for me :-)
YES first thing I thought was Five Guys!!! OMG YUMMY – I think I may have one tomorrow…….it’s a rare thing, but they are so good!
HA HA HA HA! I knew it was a 5 guys. I LOVE those burgers.
I would join you on the treadmill but I am laying in bed…. eating my feelings.
Oh man that definitely has me LOLing. I love you.
Mr. How Sweet is a pretty good cook. You better watch out Jess! ;-)
Just kidding! You’re amazing! :-)
carbs, carbs, carbs. my favorite.
Food is just better when other people make it for you. Fact :)
That burger/fries look unbelievable!
Best eating weekend ever. And you didn’t even have to lift a finger. Love it!!! And now, can you please send me one of those burgers??? Please??
Is that burger from Five Guys? The fries/foil made me think of that… and now I’m CRAVING IT.
Yes!
I want that fish recipe… It looks delish!!! Please post that via your mom!!
Ill try to get it!!
Suddenly, I need a burger. And pancakes for breakfast tomorrow. I’m quite impressionable.
Ooh, I want the fish recipe too! Yum!
A 5 Guys burger just opened here in Austin…you are making me think I NEED to eat there ASAP!
Lucky, lucky you! Though you definitely deserve to be pampered sometimes. After all, you’re the cake batter queen.
That burger looks so damn good. I’ve heard a lot of great things about 5 Guys, but I’ve never been to one. I don’t think we have them in LA.
Yes, but you have In-N-Out. Lucky!
theyve been opening a ton in cali…i’m sure you’ll come across one soon!
how do i make that fish?? it looks so good, and i can rationalize it by saying there’s protein XD
Trying to get the recipe!
Thanks! I love collecting recipes!!
The way that syrup cascades off the pancakes makes me swoon.
All of that food looks sooo yummy!!!! :D
I want to eat all of that. Now :)
Those pancakes. Wow, can he come cook for me please?! Don’t worry, I’ll give him back and just want him for his pancakes–haha jk.
I love things I don’t cook, and especially things I don’t have to clean up.
Those pancakes looks awesome. Im actually making some pumpkin protein pancakes right now! Hope you enjoyed your weekend
And let’s not forget those stuffed chocolate chip cookies. The perfect 4 meals if you ask me.
Five Guys fries complete me <3
Can he come make those pancakes for me? They look delish!
That fish looks rather amazing. Maybe your mama wants to do a guest post? ;)
everything looks great! THE PANCAKES especially:) How sweet that he made those for you:)
5 guys is my FAVORITE! And hooray for pancake-cooking husbands!
I have to thank you–you honestly make me feel sane! My husband seems to be frighteningly similar to Mr. Sweet–and I tend to over indulge at times. Most of the time, I get a healthy balance with sweets, working out and wine–but the past two weeks have consisted of your above posts. Thanks for reminding me that sometimes, tight jeans are ok…(as long as you work out extra hard the next week!) :)
I want that burger and fries STAT.
I ate a giant burger this weekend, too. I’m not sorry.
I LOVE Five Guys! I love that big ole greasy bag of fries with all my little heart……
I want to be you.
I too did not do any cooking this weekend. It was enjoyable, and I will get my butt back on a treadmill tomorrow. You only live once, right?

Five Guys=best thing ever. Is it wrong to know what I know what their burgers and fries look like withing .5 seconds of looking at that picture? I would like to think not.
Oh my gosh, it is way to late at night to be checking your blog. I am drooling over the pancakes!!
Oh that burger! I want it so badly!! Looks like you had a DELICIOUS weekend!
First of all…I need that recipe for the fish!! My husband and kids won’t eat it but I’m determined to find A RECIPE they like. And secondly…I have those plates!!! I lived in Germany and drove all of the way to Nove, Italy to get them…love them and the little matching babies I bought to go with them.
Good taste in food AND dishes!
Hi
I’m new to your blog. Love your recipes!
Thank you!
I laughed out loud when I read that you asked your mom where the vegetables were and she looked at you like you were insane! :-)
Aren’t 5 Guys burgers the best? I don’t eat burgers very often, but when I get the craving only a 5 Guys burger will do! Their fries are amazing, too! Not a meal you can eat everyday, though. Well- maybe Mr. How Sweet could! ;-)
I forgot to mention that your mom’s fish looks amazing! I would love that recipe (I see others do, too)! I hope she will share it with you so you can share it with us! :-)
In the meantime, I found this recipe for Parmesan Crusted Tilapia over at PW’s Tasty Kitchen. You could easily substitute Romano cheese for the parmesan cheese. It looks delicious!

I love when others cook! (probably because it rarely happens)
why are husbands constantly sabotaging good eating habits?? Tonight will be our 3rd dinner out celebrating my husband’s birthday and somehow leave my willpower in the car every time I go out to eat.
Not that eating an entire basket of chips and salsa won’t give you chisled abs…
I love when people make me (or buy me) yummy foods to eat. It’s nice to be able to put my feet up and take a break from cooking sometimes!
It has been WAY too long since I have had a burger!!!
