This past week felt SO super wintery that I am… feeling it. Like two-glasses-of-wine feeling it. You know? I can’t even believe it’s almost February. Are you still resolutioning? Have you given everything up for a cupcake yet? What are your weekend plans? I’m feeling some shopping and movies. Maybe another closet re-org.

A few days ago over on the pioneer woman, I showed three of my favorite ways to use one roast chicken for meals. We roast a chicken almost once a week and use the leftovers for everything delicious. AND. Bacon goat cheese guacamole. You need it in your superbowl life.
