Exciting news today guys!

As my invisible internet BFFs, I am so THRILLED to share with you that I’ve been hard at work on cookbook #3.

Annnnd it’s going to be incredible.

To say I’ve been blown away at your support for The Pretty Dish would be an understatement! It has been an absolute blast to cook through the entire book with you (if you own the book and you’re not in The Pretty Dish Book Club yet, go join!) and YOUR excitement continues to excite ME.

At first, I didn’t even know if I would be able to top The Pretty Dish. I love that book so, so, SO much. But you guys have asked for the next book since the moment this one came out (is this real life? thank you, i love you.) and I’ve been putting together a book that we will all be able to use every single day.

Enter… every day dinners. EVERY.DAY.DINNERS. This is what we’re all about! The meal that brings friends and family together around a shared table. This is the meal that shaped me as a cook and shaped my life, shaped who I am as a person – sitting around the dinner table at night had huge meaning for me.

Also the meal that can cause extreme meltdowns on weeknights (ha. ha. don’t know anything about that… ), so we’re going to turn that right around.

And, let’s be real: I need OPTIONS. Like more options for dinners than anyone can give me. I get BORED.

Here’s a hint at some of the things I’ll be sharing with you in this book babe:

-ALL THE DINNERS. Think, 100 dinners. 100 recipes for dinner that are approachable; think recipes that make weeknights FUN.

-Weekly menus that make sense. They are diverse enough to be enjoyable, easy enough so you aren’t cooking for two hours every night and ideal is you’re busy during the week. Or even if you’re not, but you just don’t want to think about cooking. Menus for every single recipe, menus that you can make to work with your life.

-My secret weapon: the 10 minute meal prep. There are things I do in just 10 minutes a few days a week that have changed our dinner game here. Weeknight dinners are easier, healthier and no fuss. This has been the most life changing trick for me since having kids. I LOATHE the concept of meal prep on Sundays that takes all day. There is nothing worse than spending hours prepping food on a weekend, only to already be sick of it because you’ve already prepped it, and not even want to consume it a few days later. Solved this!

-The leftovers solution. You know when you have a meal that you love so much for dinner but it just doesn’t translate well to lunch? I’ve got you.

-All of this wrapped into once packaged deal that works together (so you can easily create menus and use your own special twists on recipes if you’d like!) or alone.

Eeeeep! I could not be more pumped. The recipes are SO SO SO good and the hardest part is not being able to share them until the book release. Which, by the way, will be in spring of 2021. But I will be sure to make it worth it.

You can follow along on Instagram and Facebook so you can see some sneak peeks of what’s to come in this next book. I’ll also be doing some more behind the book posts. I promise to make it the most delicious one yet!

And of course, I just have to say THANK YOU! None of these cookbooks would be possible without you, none of this would, and it means the world to me that you still come and visit this site every day and support my passion. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
