Happy MDW!

This is one of my favorite weekends of the whole year. I love it so!

Are you guys doing anything fun? My favorite part of this whole weekend is going to a Memorial Day parade we’ve gone to for probably over 30 years. Max is so super excited!

This week on the blog, I kicked things off with our favorite crispy smashed potato side dish. And I shared this INCREDIBLE grilled broccoli crunch salad (so much texture!) as well as these crunchy, crispy baked pickles. I hope you get as obsessed as I am! I also made a huge hot dog bar, shared my summer 2019 reading list and cantaloupe prosciutto caprese skewers that are the easiest no-cook appetizer ever,

I also shared an IGTV making this super fun party mix in shades of red white and blue for the weekend! It would also be so great for the 4th.
