Happy Saturday! The first official weekend of summer is HERE! Is it wrong to say I’m a little sad that the days will be shorter now?
This week on the blog, I shared this veggie sandwich that I’m in LOVE with along with this cheesy cauliflower arancini that you can make in the air fryer. It’s so good! I also did a little photo diary of strawberry picking as well as gave you TONS of details on our Nantucket trip.

Oh man I know this post is practically ancient in internet time… but I have to share. Sabra makes a SALSA VERDE hummus now and it’s amazing! I put it on little mini tacos yesterday with spicy chicken/cilantro lime rice/leftover roast veggies, it was so delish
