A Week In The Life, Vol 43.
Another week in the books!
It’s finally a little chilly here and feels majorly like fall.
Um, but my week looked like Christmas! I shot my annual cookie box for you guys and a few new recipes. Going to be so good.
This is one of our favorite quick dinners. Makeshift sweet potato hash with peppers and onions.
And eggs with pink salt!
My little hockey babe.
Prettiest sunrise taking Max to school.
We had a warm day and went to the zoo!
It was so fun.
I KNOW I’M A BROKEN RECORD BUT I CAN’T GET OVER THE LEAVES!
BFFs for life.
We got our fall family pics.
I love him so much.
The colors though.
Made a little house salad to go with…
Some white pizza.
And we made our haunted cookie house!
Quite spectacular if I do say so myself…

I am with you, loving the leaves this year, Saw so many falling at once that it was like it was raining leaves. Loved it. The pic of Max is awesome, and as usual Emilia’s style is on point. Adorable haunted cookie house. I can see why you are so into each season and so ready for the next before the rest of us. Although I was not ready for seeing Christmas trees at the hardware store last week.
Of course you are wearing neon animal print you lovely person you.
Oh!!! You have a new blog format/layout!! You probably did this a few days ago, but I am behind, haha. I love the new format, especially the big picture of FOOD at the top that will change daily with new recipes. (Veggie Ramen Noodles look awesome, btw).
Aww that cookie house is so good!!! Can I ask what the cookie is made out of? Looks sturdy and very delish 🥰
I have followed you for years but just moved to Pittsburgh recently – so seeing you going to places I go to now is so weird! Pretty sure I would fan girl if I ran into you :D
Max is so grown up — I can’t believe he’s playing hockey! And the pic of him throwing and kicking the leaves in the air is perfect fall joy. Would love to see any family pics if you’re willing to share.
As usual Crumbs always brightens my week! Hope you all keep enjoying the fall. :)
My TJs was sold out of the gingerbread house weeks ago. I was so bummed I missed getting one. I made sure to grab the gingerbread turkeys right away to save for later!
