What To Eat This Week: 11/1/20.
November is here!
It’s so hard to believe. We’re really in the month of comfort food now! Let’s get to the menu…
Kick things off this week with my sheet pan kung pao cauliflower! It’s so delicious served over rice.
For taco Tuesday – make our favorite ground beef tacos! It’s a bit of a modern spin on the classic 90s beef taco.
Halloumi hummus bowls are up next! Super filling and delicious. I even love leftovers the next day.
Try this bacon egg and brussels sprouts carbonara. It’s so wonderful and perfect for the season. Major comfort food.
Chicken tortellini soup is on the menu next. This soup is absolutely incredible and everyone loves it.
This detroit style pizza with hot honey and goat cheese is unreal. It’s totally worth making.
For lunches, I’m making a big batch of my favorite egg salad. And for breakfasts – another week of pumpkin pie oatmeal!
What’s on your menu this week?!

Hi
I live far away in Johannesburg, South Africa, I’ve never met you (obviously) and yet I so look forward to your ‘Week in the Life’ posts. They’re one of the highlights of my Monday morning. Thank you for always so generously sharing your families adventures and stories!

Hi there, LOVE your site & spirit!
I don’t see a title of what that first soup is? Do tell!
Thanks and keep up the great work!

That one is the chicken tortellini soup! I made it a couple of weeks ago and it is AMAZING.
