Really living up the summer flavors this week with lots of tomatoes, basil and refreshing dishes!
What To Eat This Week
Kick things off this week with these sesame soy chicken bowls! They are a huge huge favorite here.
Next up, bang bang cauliflower tacos for taco tuesday! These are ridiculously delish!
Try this chipotle pulled pork with pickled peaches. You can prep it overnight or even all day – it’s pretty hands off!
Next, slow roasted tomato basil pasta. This is a high maintenance meal but once that is worth it. You won’t regret it.
Rotisserie chicken salad is up next! All of my favorite flavors, tons of crunch, it’s absolutely wonderful.
Finally, one pot garlic butter shrimp orzo. A hit every time.
For breakfasts, blueberry peach chia bowls! And lunches… stone fruit caprese. Only a few weeks left for summer fruit!

I made your sesame soy chicken bowls two weeks ago and they were a huge hit. My husband and MIL especially loved the marinade!
