My one pot fall vegetable orzo has been a hit this week! So many of you made it. It’s the perfect meatless meal.
This chicken taco soup with cheese quesadilla croutons is made in the slow cooker and so flavorful.
My pecan crusted chicken salad with triple citrus vinaigrette is absolutely amazing!
Next try my roasted broccoli and cheddar risotto. This meal is such a treat.
Cauliflower schnitzel sandwiches as we had into the weekend! These are RIDICULOUSLY good.
Finally, try my vodka sauce pizza. You’ll want to make it every single week!
For lunches, I’m doing a make-ahead greek orzo salad.
And for breakfasts, a batch of salted maple granola!
