8 Favorite Cozy Recipes For January.
Sharing some of my best cozy recipes for cold January nights! I love making these recipes for my family when we need a cozy meal to warm up the soul.
It’s cold and comfort food is the name of the game!
Earlier this week I shared a ton (over 250!) of dinner recipes for all your menu planning needs in 2022. Today, we’re talking COZY! It is finally getting colder here after a weird warm-ish spell and I am all about it. I wouldn’t mind a bit of snow and to cuddle up after sharing a meal like this with my family.
I love a hearty, comforting, nourishing dish in the deep winter months. My mom was the queen of making weeknight dinners and she really specialized in comfort food. These are some of my favorites and ones that everyone goes crazy for!

An all-time favorite, these take a little bit of work but the end result is SO worth it.
Mini Turkey Meatloaves with Cauliflower Mash
An entree with sides that everybody loves.
I will never get over how delicious this chicken-free pot pit is.
It’s warm and wintery but basically manifesting an early spring.
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili
Throw it all in and you’re good to go.
One that I absolutely love. Something about the flavors, they are just so good together. Super kid friendly too!

So good
I love reading your emails, recipes, and seeing your beautiful kids. I don’t know how you manage your time and do everything  you do in 24 hours a day. Anyway, I’m a fan and read everything you post.Â
I pulled 2 recipes to try this week, the French Onion Chicken Lasagna roll-up, and the One Pot Chilli Cheese Pasta. They both look so yummy, I couldn’t resist them. So when I get time this week I am going to make them and then I will tell you what I think, what I think right now is that are going to so GOOOOOD!
Can I make the one pot chili pasta in the instant pot? Looks great!
