What To Eat This Week

We’re kicking things off with some drunken chicken zucchini noodles! This dish is so delicious.

Next up – homemade spaghettios. The perfect comfort food.

Try my grilled BBQ spatchcock chicken and serve this fresh green bean salad on the side. I live for that salad.

Then mediterranean turkey burgers are next. Ooooh are these so so good.

Bruschetta zucchini boats are super satisfying and perfect for the season!

And finally, my blackened chicken watermelon salad. YUM.

Lunch is a batch of my zucchini farro salad. You can make this ahead of time and it’s delicious!

And for breakfast, we’re doing blueberry peach chia bowls!
