Every year I share my favorites for the Nordstrom anniversary sale and it’s one of my favorite posts! I love sharing what works and what doesn’t, the items that make a difference and the new ones I’m excited for. It’s the best sale because it’s full of new items that are up and coming for fall – not items at the end of the season. There are also tons of classic (iconic?) items that have great reviews. As a certified shopoholic, it’s fun to go through and see everything on the list!

I adore the Nordstrom sale for a few reasons:

  1. First, the mid-tier brands, the ones that are still very expensive, but not considered luxury or designer. I love how good the discount is on these! For instance, good denim (paige, joes jeans, mother), brands like vince, alice and olivia, reiss, favorite daughter, etc. I really love these options because they have a pretty big discount. I don’t feel bad buying veronica beard bags or shoes when they are half price.
  2. Next, I shop the sale for things that I already know I love and may need a replacement for (i.e. new pajamas, new sheets, throw blankets, jumbo beauty, sneakers, etc). SO many of these things are items I’ve had and loved for years, I’ve talked about them in my favorites each month and have gifted many.
  3. And that’s another thing! Gifts for people – last year my mom got the kids barefoot dreams blankets for christmas – things like that.

Eddie also gets a lot of things at the sale! Especially denim and shoes.

Clothing

Cashmere sweater dress. The shade, the dress – this is everything I want it to be.

Denim shirt dress. I need this dress in my life. Timeless but trendy but fun!!

Denim shirt. I love this shade of shirt and how soft it looks.

Classic denim shirt. A must have second stunning denim shirt option.

Classic turtleneck. This turtleneck is so comfy and soft.

Sleeveless midi dress. I have two of these and live in them come summer. They are great for the hot weather.

Spanx athlesiure dress. This blue color is STUNNING.

Off the shoulder sweater. I got this sweater last year at the sale and adore it. It’s so flattering on.

Seamless layering tank. Have a few of these and so does my mom. We love them!

Varley slim cuff pants. Some of my favorite sweat pants. Varley can do no wrong.

Varley half zip sweatshirt. I also really love this half zip!

Black coated high waist jeans. This style – the Joes Jean Mia – it one of my top 3 jeans. I am so excited it’s in the sale!

High waist wide leg jean. And so is another wash – a great one!

Rag and bone sweatpant jean. I also love these – they truly feel like sweatpants.

High waist slim bootcut jean. Such a great look. I love this wash too!

Cropped barrel leg jean. I absolutely LOVE this color and have it on my list to buy.

High waist wide leg jean. Have a few pairs of these and adore them. They are so comfortable.

Mid waist bootcut jean. Another great wash and cut!

Rails boyfriend jean. These look amazing and SO soft.

Ponte slim straight pant. I have a pair of these and they are great when you need an easy, comfortable pair of black pants.

Rosebud cardigan. This is unusual but so fun. I love how much character it is.

Eco knit pajamas. I buy a pair of the moonlight PJs each year – whether it’s shorts, pants or even the nightgown. I love them so much.

Lace trimmed pajamas. Also really loving this lace trimmed version!

Camp crush hoodie. Another free people find that is kind of weird but has me so intrigued. I love that it looks different than a boring gray sweatshirt.

Wool and cashmere coat. Such a beautiful coat – it’s a statement!

Faux fur leopard coat. Dying over these and need it in my life!

Wool blend wrap coat.This is so, so gorgeous.

Faux fur chocolate jacket. Another option that I love – in that perfect chocolate brown!

Wool wrap coat. Absolute beauty.

Waxed raincoat. Wondering if I can pull this one off. It’s not me, but I want to try!

Shoes

Crocs Miami flip flop. I’ve been wearing these all summer and they are SO comfortable.

New Balance 9060s. Current favorite lifestyle sneakers. I adore them. They are so ugly, but feel amazing!!

New Balance 530s. I also love the look of these ones too. Both are so comfortable.

Nike Vomero 18. Another extremely comfortable option. I have these too! I will walk in these for a stretch and they are great.

On Cloudnova sneaker. Longtime favorite and I love how they look on the foot.

Rothy’s driver. I got my first pair this past winter. Obsessed. Getting the leopard in the sale!

Ugg slide slipper. This style is one of my favorites. Love these as a house slipper.

Blondo chelsea boot. Blondo is excellent if you live in snow/rainy weather – the brand is such high quality.

Paige pointed chelsea boot. This is on my list, it’s stunning!

Paige platform chelsea boot. And so is this one. Paige shoes are some of my faves and they are so pricey – this is a great time to save.

Sam Edelman block heel bootie. A definitely buy for me too. These are so fun and classic with a modern twist.

Bags & Accessories

Favorite Daughter statement belt. I have this belt in two colors (black and brown) and live in it. Definitely worth getting!

Suede shoulder bag. This is so gorgeous – the shade and the style.

Leather crossbody bag. And this one is so fun. It’s super edgy.

Grande fanny bag. I have this in two colors (a summer and winter version) and wear it constantly. It’s great.

Go Sports canvas tote. The best classic tote with a fun twist.

Clear crossbody bag. Everyone needs a clear bag for concerts, entertainment venues, etc!

Leather bucket bag. This is on my to-buy list. I love it.

Tumi backpack. I bought this last time I traveled. It’s incredible. Insanely high quality and fits so much.

Tumi suitcase. And the suitcase! By far the most expensive item on the list, but I bought Eddie his 13 years ago and it’s still in top condition.

Check in rolling suitcase. This is another great suitcase option. I’ve gifted these and my kids have them!

CZ studs. I have these and wear constantly.

CZ + gold studs. This is a pair I don’t have, but I need!

Heart studs. Love these!! Very much like the puffy heart studs that are viral.

Diamond stud earrings. I also love the setting of these ones. Pricier, but prettier!

Earring set. And I will never pass up a set of earrings. I have 15 holes in my ears now so I need them all.

Aquamarine ring. Such a stunner. I may get this for my mom for christmas!

Heart ring. Obsessed with this beauty.

Gold dome ring. I love the puffiness but also how classic this is.

Heart charm necklace. I adore this – it’s so pretty and fun.

Layered paper clip necklace. This one too – it’s so delicate and beautiful!

Solitaire pendant necklace. Another option that I really love. The stone looks so pretty.

Tank strap watch. Obsessed with the look of this watch. I really want one!

Silicone wrap watch. And this – it’s fun and sporty, plus, the colors.

Beauty

Longchamp cosmetics case. This is what I’m picking up at the sale. This is so chic and pretty!

Dyson Airwrap. I use it daily, even just to dry my hair. Absolute top notch favorite!

Higher Dose PEMF mat. One of the best things we have in the house. Eddie and I love to lay on this, stretch on this, etc. I swear it makes a different.

Higher Dose sauna blanket. I get SO MUCH use out of my sauna blanket. It’s so wonderful and relaxing.

Hourglass makeup brushes. I use two of these daily for bronzer and blush. They are excellent.

BK beauty brush set. Best brushes ever, next to hourglass.

Armani cheek tint blush duo. I use this blush daily and am obsessed. The colors are incredible.

Coola fragrance free SPF duo. Such a great SPF if you don’t love fragrance.

Olaplex bonding oil duo. I use this on dry hair to bring life back. I love it.

Hourglass mascara duo. My #1 mascara!

Simple Human makeup mirror. I’ve had this for years and adore it. I use it multiple times a day.

Good Girl perfume set. I loathe the bottle, but love the perfume.

Home

Crystal coupe glasses. These are stunning. I need them.

9 piece mixing bowl set. Can’t beat a perfect mixing bowl set.

Lola throw blanket. This is my absolute favorite blanket – I bet I’ve gifted 10 of them!

Barefoot Dreams throw blanket. A must buy every year. We all love these blankets so much.

Ugg Leopard accent pillow. This is the perfect leopard print!!

Ugg Leopard bolster pillow. I want this pillow too.

Ugg Leopard faux fur blanket. And definitely the blanket.

Boll & Branch sheets. I buy a new pair each year and we love them.

Zip jewelry box. Adore these for gifts. They are so helpful and wonderful whether it’s traveling or storage.

Kids

Making my kids’ wardrobe and outfits is truly my hobby. My passion!

Stokke tripp trapp chair. The best (truly!) high chair situation because it grows with the kids!

Nuna Rava car seat. All of my kids were in Nuna car seats (Jordan and Emilia still are) and they are the best.

Doona stroller trike. One of our favorite toys/bikes ever. Jordan still fits on it!

Primary terry joggers. Everything primary is Jordan’s uniform. Seriously. He wears all primary, everyday!

Primary flexknit joggers. These are his favorite joggers.

Primary 3-pack long sleeve t-shirts. Favorite long sleeves! We have every color.

Primary zip up hoodie. Have a few of these to match the joggers too.

Primary stay cool t-shirt. The best shirt – this is the coolest fabric ever.

Primary gym short. And the best shorts! He has every color. He wears them to school every day… and to play!

Soft rainbow cardigan. Emilia got this last year and she adores it.

Zella tennis dress. And she loves all things tennis dresses too.

Classic UGG boot. This is the best color for kids uggs. I swear this classic is never on sale.

UGG slippers. Emilia gets a new pair every 2 years of so. All of my kids love these.

New Balance 9060s. My current favorite shoes, but in kid size.

Nike vomero running shoe. The best bounciest shoe for everyday!

Hoka running shoes. My kids run cross country and only wear hoka. So do Eddie and I when it comes to walking and running.

Tucker and Tate rain boots. Love a rainbow rain boot!

Nike crew socks. Max’s favorite socks.

Barefoot Dreams stroller blanket. All 3 of my kids have these and STILL use them. We always take them on trips in the car.

Barefoot Dreams lovey. This is the sweetest.

Travel white noise machine. Can never be without one. We still use them today.
