Summer Fridays, Vol 4.

Happy summer friday! Here’s what’s happening this weekend.

EATING

This caramelized zucchini pasta salad. My rainbow fruit chopped salad. Grilled chicken vodka pasta. And ricotta pancakes with blueberry butter!

DRINKING

And orange crush!! Tastes like summer.

MAKING

These grilled chicken avocado pizza sandwiches. They are so hearty and satisfying and taste fabulous.

BAKING

Atlantic beach pie bars!! I just dream of them all summer long.

CRAVING

My crispy shrimp sandwiches with lime slaw. Yum.

SNACKING

On summer marinated goat cheese. The ultimate!

GRILLING

This summer mushroom pizza with pistachio vinaigrette. It’s divine! Also… grilled ribs with root beer BBQ sauce.

PREPPING

Peaches and cream baked oatmeal for the week ahead.

READING

I downloaded the Lake Club on my kindle for this coming weekend. I can’t wait! My giant summer reading list is here! 

WEARING

This linen set from gap – the skirt and the tunic. I am so obsessed that I got it in three colors! I also love their matching sweat sets, like this neon pink. I also wore this brown seashell dress at the beach twice this week. I adore it.

LOVING

Both the la roche posay serum sunscreen and the tatcha milky sunscreen SO much. I know I’ve been raving about them for months. Both have made it so easy to wear SPF – I never forget and my skin actually looks glowier WITH it! They are the sunscreens that finally got me wearing SPF daily and reapplying. 

WRITING

BUYING

I absolutely adore this wash of denim – and it’s one of my favorite pairs that I have in other colors. Need that one too. Also loving these slim straight leg jeans.
