Yesssssssss!
Now THAT is a worthy campfire treat.
It was the only logical thing to do! Yum.
Serious yum! I kind of want to make roast these in our chiminea on our deck tonight :)
Mmmmm. What kind of chocolate did you use?
Green and Blacks TOFFEE! It was sooooo good.
oooooooh *chills up spine*
Ha, I knew it! :)
Happy Saturday!!
Now this is something to live for! Have a great weekend Jessica!
Are beer marshmallow s’mores allowed for breakfast?

PERFECTION! Smores are the perfect summer treat!!
I totally want a smore. I haven’t had one in ages. mmm
They look awesome. Wow.
I’d love a Smore. Or many Smores right now! :)
Brilliant! Must. Try. Soon.
I knew this was coming!
YUM. I’m drooling on my keyboard right now…
Now those I want to try!
ooooh I wonder how these would be with Guinness chocolate?
i was discussing these mallows with my coworker last night, and he looked at me and said, “i wonder how they would taste with our stout infused in chocolate…” um… YUM (i work at a food and brewery, thus the “our”). and it would be outrageously simple. melt some good semi sweet chocolate…. throw in a little stout… pour it and let it set….. WIN.
I’m sooo intrigued!!! I just had a sample of a s’more at BJ’s (a wholesale club – not sure if they have them everywhere?) but sadly, they weren’t made with these delicious looking marshmallows.
I don’t normally like to use the term foodgasm, but that is all I thought of when I saw these pictures!!!
The obvious choice. With marshmallows, what is there left to do? Well. Unless you make smores brownies, that is.
Here you go again with those fabulous beer marshmallows-love it!
I can only think of the Sandlot. “How can I have s’more if I haven’t had any yet?”
Looks AWESOME!!! Are the marshmallows difficult? I’ve been intimidated by them in the past, but this recipe loods wonderful and I’d love for these to steal my “marshmallow virginity.”
The next logical step, of course! These look soo yummy!
I knew you’d do it :-) I would expect nothing less!
I saw the beer marshmallow post, and my God…you’ve brought this to the next level. Where the heck do you get these ridiculous yet amazing ideas?!
My thoughts exactly from your first post on these yummy marshmallows!
Exactly what I would have done! You are amazing, Jessica! Next up? Beer marshmallow rice krispie treats with sprinkles on top? You know you want to….;-)
I am loving the last pic, yes please :)
happy memorial day, love! :)
Do you think you could make wine flavored marshmallows? I’ve made marshmallows before but I’ve never even considered swapping the water out for some other liquid! That’s ingenious.
How yummy…where is my campfire?…I need these tonight!…
Yum, yum! I totally want to do this! I love that you didn’t use Hersheys… I need me some smores and it’s only 9:30 in the morning!
Throw in some Steely Dan and we’re good to go! Hope you dodged our wonderful Michigan weather today and I’m sharing a blogger award with you. Check it out at my site.
Um . . . so first time visiting your blog, and this definitely just won me over. DE-LISH!
mmmmmm…… woa! What happened??!!! The website changed on me!!! Looks nice by the way. Now the pictures look more drooling!! : ) I’ll keep daydreaming on those marshmallows.
helllooooo gorgeous! I mean the s’more. And you too of course. This reminds of a good camp fire bonding trip. Good food, good company, what more could you ask for?
I’m not really sure why you are into such torture tactics. I guess some people are just like that. First, you tempt me with beer marshmallows. Then you throw them into the most wonderful dessert, like, ever. And you tease me with them through the screen. I wish I was in Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory. Then I could just lick the screen and taste them right now.
Beer? Yes. Smores? Double yes. Definitely going to make these and watch The Sandlot.
Oh lord; my stomach is going crazy thinking about these.
mmmmm you’re a woman after my own heart. chocolate AND beer? YUM!
this should be a mandatory menu item in all pubs!
OHMYGOD! Where have you been all my life?!?!?! I think i’m in love. *mopping up drool*
