That mixer is a beauty! I love making sticky honey ginger chicken thighs in my cast iron pan for an easy dinner.
Egg potato and veggie hash…(or whatever is in the fridge hash ;) )
So pretty! New favorite is smashed potatoes with brie. Holy yum!

My go-to quick dinner is tacos! My kids love them with ground beef or chicken and we always have tortillas on hand!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH well if I had this gorgeous mixer my favorite easy-weeknight dinner would be topped off with some amazing baked goods to finish!

My quick super easy dinner is an Indian curry dish called keema aloo – minced/ground beef with potatoes curry
Sheet pan nachos – meat + cheese + chips = GOOD.
When we can’t think of what to made for dinner we do fish tacos. Quick, easy & healthy.
