My favorite quick and easy recipe is chicken piccata, Raches Ray’s recipe. When I boil the pasta to go with it, I throw in whatever vegetable into the boiling water in the last few minutes before tossing it together.
Every week I roast broccoli & little potatoes with just olive oil, salt & pepper & it’s honestly one of my favorites.
We love bbq’ing in the summer. Whatever veggies are in the fridge go on the grill and we usually have sausage/steak/chicken in the freezer. It always tastes like it took way more effort than it did!

My favorite easy dinner is one of your recipes! The roasted garlic butter bucatini with burst cherry tomatoes is something I love putting together really quickly- I always keep some roasted garlic butter in my freezer to toss into some pasta!

Stir fry! It’s a great, easy way to use up whatever veggies I have on hand. Throw in some frozen edamame, and boom, complete meal!

Pulled chicken: pour salsa over chicken in a slow cooker, cook until chicken cooked. Doesn’t get an easier, or more fool-proof! Works with fresh or frozen chicken, cooking on low or high, with any type of salsa! My friend turned me on to this and it’s quickly become a family favorite.
My favorite easy dinner is homemade nachos. So many goodies can be added and it’s fast.
My favorite easy dinner recipe is steamed broccoli, organic sausage sliced and pan browned and pasta. Add the cooked pasta and steamed broccoli to the pan with the sausage and toss. Add a little garlic infused olive oil and fresh parm. 🤤 Done in 15 and everyone loves it.

It’s always tomatoes and shrimp linguini. Maybe five ingredients of amazing!!
Roast chicken and veggies using whatever veggies are in season and whatever flavors I’m feeling that day.
Individual naan pizzas! I buy the frozen naan from Trader Joe’s along with all of my toppings (prosciutto, buratta, arugula and balsamic glaze are at the top of my list!). This mixer would elevate my pizzas, though :)
