My favorite is the chicken and dumpling soup. But I think I would enjoy it more next time if there was a mixer next to it in the kitchen

I just finished grad school (48 hours ago, OMG), and my go-to dinner was Trader Joe’s frozen macaroni and cheese. Or crockpot tortilla soup (a Trader Joe’s recipe involving chicken, broth, and TJ’s taco seasoning–yummers). I already follow you on FB and Instagram. I’ve dreamed of a Kitchenaid Mixer for years. I mean yeaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrs. LOL
My favorite easy dish is a Mexican bowl with rice, chicken, cheese, salsa and guacamole.

My favourite easy dinner recipe is thai red curry with chicken, lots of vegetables and wholegrain rice! We have variations of this about three times a week!

Our favorite easy dinner is any vegetable – in patty form. Just add eggs, cheese, flour and chop up the (cooked) veggies, and sizzle them up. Healthy, fast, adaptable.
Hmm, it varies!!! Lately I’ve been loving eggs mixed with (canned) salmon and some kind of soft cheese on warm, crusty bread with truffle butter (yes, Trader Joe’s!!) and cracked Himalayan sea salt. Sounds fancy but is super quick, easy, and delicious!
