Happy Saturday! Can you believe it’s almost the 4th of July?!
This week on the blog, I shared super easy but ridiculously flavorful black bean tostadas. They have tons of garden veggies on top! I also made a smashed cucumber salad (you guys are loving it!), firecracker cupcakes for the 4th, a pineapple palm tree fruit tree and of course, summer fridays! OMG, that Strawberry Jello Pie… my Gma made a Strawberry Jello Pie often when I was growing up, it was a staple. But WHAT AN UPGRADE. That version is freakin’ gorgeous.
