Kick things off with my quinoa bruschetta zucchini boats! Love using up that garden zucchini this month.
Next, go for my honeycrisp harvest salad. It’s SO good, a little bit of work but totally worth it. We love love love it.
Next up: burst tomato and caramelized onion pasta skillet. So flavorful and a great way to use up tomatoes!
Mini pesto meatball melts for a late week meal! You guys won’t believe how insanely delicious they are!
