We’re making the most of late summer produce with some early fall flavors!
What To Eat This Week
Kick things off with this roasted salmon salad with hot ginger dressing. We loooove this so much. The dressing is drinkable.
For Taco Tuesday, make these black bean and garden veggie tostadas! So delicious and crispy!
Zucchini skillet lasagna is up next! You can use ground turkey or beef and allll that garden zucchini you have popping up.
We love these sticky chicken fingers! Serve with my kale caesar crunch salad which is absolutely amazing.
Coconut curry pork meatballs for a comforting late summer meal! Everyone goes crazy for these.
Finally, street corn sheet pan nachos! Add whatever you have left in the fridge and go to town.
For lunches, I’m making a batch of my smoky chicken salad. And pumpkin protein pancakes because it’s September!
