I love Everyday Dinners! So far my favorite is the roasted sweet potato with honey ginger chickpeas and tahini sauce. Oh man we gobbled that up. And it is SO easy to make…Whenever I tell the hubs I am making one of your recipes, he’s like “oh yay!” And your cookbook is gorgeous. I have it and gave two as gifts. I mean that really must have been a labor of love. Have a great weekend!
