Kick things off with a batch of my lentil veggie bolognese! You can freeze half of this too.
Make my one pot salsa chicken quinoa for taco tuesday!
This 20 minute basil chickpea curry is a huge favorite of ours. Don’t forget to make the garlic butter naan.
Blackened shrimp kale caesar salad for the win! It’s deeeelish.
This brussels fontina pistachio puff pastry is incredible. Serve it with my citrus crunch salad for extra veggies and texture!
Everyone LOVES these french onion meatballs. The best best best.
Make a batch of this cauliflower farro salad for lunches. It’s so delicious the longer it sits.
Finally, I’m getting in the pumpkin as much as I can. These pumpkin oats are one of my favorites of all time.
