We can’t get enough of this super easy lemon cauliflower gnocchi.

Everyone loves spaghetti squash parmesan. It’s customizable too – add in anything else you love!

Hot ginger salmon salad is the best. One that you will make over and over again!

Finish things off with chicken tortellini soup. It’s the best!

Make a batch of greek orzo salad for lunches!

And pistachio coconut oatmeal for breakfasts. YUM.
