Kick things off with this halloumi hummus bowl. It’s divine.
Next up, my blackened chicken chopped salad. The raspberry chipotle vinaigrette is incredible.
Lemon garlic fish sticks for Wednesday! This jalapeno tartar sauce rocks.
Try this irish beef stew with herb dumplings now that it’s March!
Mini turkey meatloaves with cauliflower mash is a major comfort food meal.
And finish things off with sheet pan gnocchi and vegetables!
For lunch, my favorite greek orzo salad!
And for breakfast, a batch of these almond butter baked oatmeal cups.
