What To Eat This Week

Kick things off with this lemon parmesan cauliflower gnocchi. It comes together SO quickly!

Taco Tuesday!! Throw together some black bean taquitos. These are a dream.

Minestrone for midweek! My fire roasted minestrone is such a good meal to make ahead of time. We love it.

This pretzel crusted chicken salad is DIVINE. There is so much texture and crunch. The dressing is a major fave.

Cedar plank salmon on the grill is perfect for spring. Sesame asparagus is the best side.

Finish things off with spinach artichoke chicken skillet lasagna!!

For lunches, I’m going with a version of my hummus havarti veggie sandwiches. These have pesto too!

And more almond butter baked oatmeal cups for breakfast!
