Start with my mom’s chicken marsala and green beans! It’s sooo delicious.
Crispy baked cheeseburger tacos for taco Tuesday.
Pesto risotto stuffed peppers for a fun mid-week meal.
We adore these roasted corn and black bean cheddar melt burgers.
Perfect sheet pan shrimp fajitas are always a hit!
I love this caramelized onion and burst tomato pasta in late summer.
Use leftover corn and beans from the burgers to make these southwest couscous bowls for lunch.
And my all-time favorite chocolate peanut butter overnight oats for breakfast.

Jessica, your recipes are to die for, but my hubby is m=now pre-diabetic and we hesitate putting many into rotation as we don’t see any Nutrition posts, esp the Carbs… Is there any way we can figure them out for your recipes? TIA!!
