I think you mean “how to make four cookies,” not “hot to make four cookies.”
I tried your brownies with chocolate-raspberry ganache yesterday and they came out great! The berries and colored sprinkles on top of the dark chocolate are so visually stunning! For anyone who would like to indulge in a similarly decadent delicacy, I recommend our blueberry red wine muffins (epcur.com/239342).
Also, I just bought your book on Amazon. I’ll try some recipes once it has arrived and will write a review!
