Hello summer friday! Here’s what the weekend looks like!

EATING

Pulled pork nachos with pickle slaw for the weekend. My turkey summer sliders – great for the pool or beach! Jalapeno cheddar broccoli salad is also on repeat. It’s so crunchy.

DRINKING

Loving a spicy grapefruit soda right now. Tequila is optional!

MAKING

This 15 minute watermelon greek salad. Easy and refreshing. And my BLT wraps with jalapeno ranch!

BAKING

My coconut zucchini chocolate chip bread. I love this so much and crave it every summer.

CRAVING

My peanut butter golden grahams s’mores bars. Can’t pass them up.

GRILLING

The best grilled steak tacos. Eddie and I are obsessed with my chimichurri.

SNACKING

On my grilled pepper prosciutto snack plate. My family goes wild for this. It’s such a hit!

PREPPING

My no churn peanut butter oreo ice cream. I mean, OMG.

LISTENING

To the official Love Story playlist. Oh it’s so amazingly 90s.. 

READING

Speaking of Love Story, on the drive to and from the beach, I listened to Ask Not after many of you told me to. Crazy! 

WEARING

I have mentioned this gap set a few times now – the linen skirt and matching shell. It is such a chic, cute set! It’s also extremely comfortable. It looks so nice and put together. The skirt has an elastic waist but isn’t too loose. It is not cropped on me at all, but I don’t have a long torso. I have it in two colors and want it in more. It’s just very pretty and classic! The skirt is such a nice length too. And I love that you can mix and match the colors. It can be dressy or casual! 

SHOPPING

How adorable are these hot dog platter plates for the 4th? I also want this entire americana line to use for the holiday! The floral bamboo plates? And the hanging lantern balls! I love it all. This is when I love to decorate because the kids find it so fun. There are also so many fun stars and stripes backgrounds, balloon walls and more here.

LOVING

The rom com themed book plates?! My dream!! I am also still loving the jcrew summer sweater SO much. I take it with me everywhere. It makes for such a nice third layer, is just warm enough, looks great tied around the waist or shoulders – love.

SHARING

I’ve made lots of new videos over on instagram of some of my favorites! This peach arugula salad, cheddar jalapeno chicken salad, summer salmon spread, grilled bang bang salmon skewers, the best tortellini salad and garlic butter zucchini noodles. 

WRITING

I used this one hour grilling meal prep routine to prepare a few meals when we got home from the beach on sunday. When I tell you – they have been saving me!! – not kidding.

BUYING

I bought the new rhode highlight milk and the bronzer. I have loved the blushes for years! Very excited about these. Rhode has never been hype for me – I’ve really liked everything I’ve bought and the prices are fairly reasonable compared to so many other beauty brands in sephora.
