Currently Crushing On.
Hello hello! Are you gearing up for the official first full week of the new year? Crazy!
This week on the blog, I shared 60 different lunches that you can prepare ahead of time. I also shared my annual dinner idea post – there are 175 recipes there for you! And finally, these turkey taco stuffed peppers too.
I gave you a peek into our christmas break and shared my winter reading list too! Tomorrow, I’ll be debuting two (!!) new series here on the blog! Stay tuned.
Have a fabulous weekend! xo
What I’m loving this week:
Craving these lemon pepper wings!
Greek avocado + egg toasts. Gorgeous.
Love zucchini enchiladas.
Buffalo chicken dip with caramelized shallots. OMG.
Want to try these skewered roasted sweet potatoes.
Oh and this sweet potato gratin!
And love a good sweet potato hash.
This italian cream soda looks fab.
Instant pot wild rice soup sounds good.
Here are 100 plant based recipes!
Bourbon pecan puffs. Yum.
Always up for pesto cauliflower gnocchi.
Breakfast jambalaya. It’s a thing.

So, I have a Valentine’s Day creative challenge for you…well two challenges actually.
The first is a recipe for chocolate gnocchi…a copycat of the Trader Joe’s product that seemed to sell out immediately after it was advertised. It was sold out in every store I visited. It was described as a chocolate pillow with a molten center that appears upon heating. Seriously, how could such a thing be anything but amazing?
The second challenge is chocolate hummus. I have tried the TJ’s product and it is delicious. I imagine you could copycat much more successfully than I could. I tend to fail once and give up…no patience!
So, I am hoping you consider my Valentine’s Day suggestions.
Happy New Year to you and your sweet little family.

SUPER random question… but have you/will you ever do a post on your favorite kitchen cleaning supplies?! I love to mess around in the kitchen, but haven’t been able to find clean-up products that I really love, are super effective, smell like I don’t live in a refinery, etc. I love your blog! :)
