i was discussing these mallows with my coworker last night, and he looked at me and said, “i wonder how they would taste with our stout infused in chocolate…” um… YUM (i work at a food and brewery, thus the “our”). and it would be outrageously simple. melt some good semi sweet chocolate…. throw in a little stout… pour it and let it set….. WIN.

I’m sooo intrigued!!! I just had a sample of a s’more at BJ’s (a wholesale club – not sure if they have them everywhere?) but sadly, they weren’t made with these delicious looking marshmallows.

I don’t normally like to use the term foodgasm, but that is all I thought of when I saw these pictures!!!

The obvious choice. With marshmallows, what is there left to do? Well. Unless you make smores brownies, that is.

Here you go again with those fabulous beer marshmallows-love it!

I can only think of the Sandlot. “How can I have s’more if I haven’t had any yet?”

Looks AWESOME!!! Are the marshmallows difficult? I’ve been intimidated by them in the past, but this recipe loods wonderful and I’d love for these to steal my “marshmallow virginity.”

Do you think you could make wine flavored marshmallows? I’ve made marshmallows before but I’ve never even considered swapping the water out for some other liquid! That’s ingenious.

How yummy…where is my campfire?…I need these tonight!…
Reply
Yum, yum! I totally want to do this! I love that you didn’t use Hersheys… I need me some smores and it’s only 9:30 in the morning!

helllooooo gorgeous! I mean the s’more. And you too of course. This reminds of a good camp fire bonding trip. Good food, good company, what more could you ask for?

I’m not really sure why you are into such torture tactics. I guess some people are just like that. First, you tempt me with beer marshmallows. Then you throw them into the most wonderful dessert, like, ever. And you tease me with them through the screen. I wish I was in Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory. Then I could just lick the screen and taste them right now.

Beer? Yes. Smores? Double yes. Definitely going to make these and watch The Sandlot.
Reply
Oh lord; my stomach is going crazy thinking about these.
