My favorite meal to make is Baked salmon with butter garlic and Parmesan, with a side of broccoli and garlic and herb couscous! Sooo yummy!
Homemade pizza with a creative topping- current fave is prosciutto, goat cheese, caramelized onion, and figs! I usually cheat a little and use a pre-baked crust…comes together so quick!
For dinner I love to make salmon in tin foil. Just sprinkle my favorite lavender lemon pepper over it, wrap it up, bake for 10 minutes ish, and voila! Easy, quick, delicious dinner!
My favorite easy dinner recipe is pasta with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella in olive oil and garlic.
My favorite easy dinner is skinnytaste’s crock pot buffalo chicken lettuce wraps. My mostly-picky boyfriend eats it as nachos and it’s the only healthy-ish meal he requests.

Easiest dinner recipe is my shrimp scampi over cauliflower rice. Only takes a little while and it’s both healthy and delish!
Easiest dinner- trader joes orange chicken or TJ’s masala simmer sauce & chicken in the slow cooker and jasmine rice in the rice cooker!
My favorite easy (no cooking, no cleanup) dinner is:
1. Open bottle of wine and pour large glass,
2. Assemble cheese plate,
3. Sit in bed and devour.
My go too lately is a Peruvian-style roast chicken.

My go to easy dish for parties is a Taco Bar and at home sautéed veggies with a fried egg

Some version of a taco salad! Lettuce topped with seasoned ground beef, beans, salsa, cheese, and sour cream.

Stir fry! It doesn’t get easier than that.
My favorite easy dinner recipe is a smoked sausage, potato and pepper sheet pan dinner.
Sheet pan dinners are the best! My favorite one is a seasoned tilapia, broccoli and pineapple chunks.
I love making quick shredded chicken in my Instant Pot. I throw in a jar of salsa and a tablespoon of ancho chili powder and then make tacos, salad, etc. Great as leftovers too!
