My favorite easy dinner is empty the fridge pasta.. grab alllll the random vegetables in the fridge and cook them (roast, saute, boil, whatever) and throw them in with a big pile of pasta.
Lemon Parmesan pasta is my go to meal! Combine cooked whole wheat noodles with bacon (pig or turkey) bits, sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and lemon juice. Top with grated Parmesan. It’s easy to make and even after having had it countless numbers of time, my mouth still waters at the thought of it. 🤤

Pasta with Brussels sprouts!
Tacos are the best for an easy meal that never disappoints
i honestly don’t think I have a favorite easy weeknight meal. At least not in terms of “don’t feel like cooking throw something together real quick” easy weeknight. I’m a weekly meal planner/prepper and I rarely stray from the menu. It also takes a while for us to repeat meals. But if I had to choose a favorite dinner that we make often… red beef enchiladas (this not necessarily quick), Korean beef bowls, shredded chicken street tacos, and Chicken souvlaki bowls.
I have definitely already preordered.
Goat cheese stuffed chicken!
My favorite easy dinner..tuna casserole. It is actually really high up there on my list of favorite meals, right behind baked potato soup served in homemade pretzel bread bowls, but that isn’t exactly easy.. I’m liking and following you!
Your Thai chicken quinoa bowls! So good.
Grilled cheese sandwich, yum!
I also pre-ordered, yay :)
Grilled cheese with tomato soup
Captures chicken with grilled chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, and sautéed tomatoes and basil!
My favorite easy recipe is making a “hash” with any leftover roast veggies/meats topped with a fried egg!
My go-tos are breakfast or something Mexican. Or a combination like huevos rancheros.
My go to is rice, spam and over easy eggs!
My favorite easy dinner is always stir fry. Use any rice you have with whatever veggies and protein are leftover.
I cannot believe this mixer exists!! That brassy gold color is a dream!
And I pre-ordered last giveaway!!
My favorite go-to dinner is a taco salad… I’ll prep everything at the beginning of the week & throw everything in my bowl, day by day! That mixer— looks like it has a halo 😇 on it!! :::angels singing:::
I pre-ordered, too!! Can’t wait until March!
My favorite go-to meal is fried rice! So easy when you have leftover rice and any meat or veggies in the fridge you need to get rid of!
My favorite super easy dinner is your fontina and spinach baked eggs with garlic brown butter breadcrumbs because 1. who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner and 2. the recipe is AH-mazing!
