Our favorite easy dinner recipe is making burgers on our George Forman grill and pairing it with chips and guacamole!
My favorite easy dinner recipe is roasted pork loin with garlic, rosemary, and lemon. It takes lots of chopping, but once you rub the seasonings all over the loin, your work is done! My husband and four boys devour it every time!
Baked potato bars are super easy, versatile, and delicious!!
My longtime favorite easy dinner dish is Pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, zucchini, green bell peppers and chicken (or sun-dried tomato chicken sausage). It’s basically a two pan dish, since you can’t make pasta in the saute pan!
Your site is my go-to spot when I’m searching for cooking inspiration. Making breakfast for dinner is always my favorite easy dinner recipe.
My easy go-to meal is naan bread pizza!

We loved a veggie pasta with a light creamy sauce. The kids love it because we see what we have left to use for veggies and conquer the meal as a family to prep. (My kitchen aid mixer just bit the dust this weekend after 25 years!)
Black bean Turkey Enchiladas! The leftovers are even better the next day!

My favourite easy dinner is a cheese board with veggies & dip! So easy and pairs perfectly with a glass of wine :)

Soups are my go-to for an easy meal. My current favorite is a hash brown soup.
Either a pasta salad or homemade Chipotle bowls using leftover rice, rotisserie chicken and canned beans.

Low carbing it after baby number 2 and my go to is sheetpan shrimp with roasted asparagus. Lots of garlic and lemon and some red pepper flake for heat. Easy dish, low carb and easier clean up. With two babies (same age as Your Little’s) that’s imperative! Merry Christmas to your beautiful family!

Lately I have been making white fish with a lemon cream sauce. Fast, easy, and you want to drink the sauce.
One of our favorite quick meals is camarones al reboso…large shrimp seasoned with smoked paprika, salt and black pepper and wrapped with prosciutto. Put them in the oven and then make the sauce. Serve them with white rice, sliced avocados and tomatoes.

It’s hard to choose just one but my go-to the past few months has been an almond butter veggie stir fry. Sometimes I top it with a fried egg, or toss the veggies with quinoa, or rice noodles and ground turkey, whatever is on-hand and convenient. Super easy!
We love tacos at our house for quick meals- everyone can customize which always goes over well!

Favorite easy dinners usually involve the crockpot. We have a lentil stew recipe which is a go-to for sure!
Crispy honey lemon chicken with brown rice and asparagus, so yummy!
My easy favorite dinner right now is PIZZA! Just roll out some pre-made dough, add sauce, cheese, toppings and done!!
My fave easy dinner is chicken sausage, kale, black beans, farfalle – cooked in a skillet and served warm (also good cold). Sometimes I add cheese like feta or parm. It’s so good and so easy.

Breakfast for dinner! Or pizza. Can never go wrong.
Tacos/taco bowls/taco salad sounds are my favorite go-to easy weekday meal. You can never go wrong with tacos!

If it’s a REALLY big lunch and quick turnaround, nachos or quesadillas are my go-to. If I have a little more time, Tilapia Parmesan is our favorite!
