Cooked off. Throw on top of rice or a tortilla. 20 minutes start to finish.
My go to is always tacos. SO easy and the kids love it!

I would LOVE to win! 💕🙋🏻♀️ My fav go to dinner is shakshuka- and I’m very liberal with the definition of shakshuka. Leftover Indian curry? Put it in a pan and cook an egg in it, call it shakshuka. Tons of green veggies and a blended soup from last week? Pan, egg, shakshuka! Can of tomatos, garlic, onion, spices? Aaaactual shakshuka!
Roasted chicken with some kind of roasted veggie and rice or potatoes. Easy, I always have everything on hand, and healthy. Win, win, win!!!
Cajun chicken pasta is my go-to easy dinner.

How about the quesadilla? Got done reason I find myself turning my nose up at a quesadilla on a menu.. yet every time I make one (we’ve been living off of carameluzed onion and chicken quesadillas during our move.. thank you Costco rotisserie chicken 😀) I can’t get over how fast and easy and yet amazing!!!!! They are!

I love a good Buddha bowl with whatever vegetables and protein I have in the fridge, on rice! With a drizzle of a quick homemade sesame sauce. The best!

Your broiled spicy brown sugar salmon on an otherwise basic salad, or baked pork chops with a roasted vegetable. Our easiest repeat dinners week after week!

My favorite go-to dinner is coconut roasted kale with farro! Or at least it was until I had my daughter last month. Now it’s whatever is easiest to reheat or throw together 🤣 I’m in love with the copper kitchen aid!

This copper is just so beautiful! My go-to easy dinner is veggie quesadillas…chop up and sauté any vegetables in the fridge, add plenty of gooey cheese and it’s pure bliss in 10 minutes :)

Been following both for yearrrsss! ❤️❤️ My favorite easy dinner recipe is roasted grape tomatoes with garlic and basil, tossed with angel hair, evoo, and tons of parm/Romano! We eat it weekly and it’s a 15 minute meal that tastes like it took hours! Love it!

Fiesta Bowls! Mexican pork loin made in a crock pot with Goya rice and our favorite toppings (cheese, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, scallions and pickled jalapenos. A family favorite!!
My go to easy meal is a veggie tacos! Whether it be with tofu, black beans, roasted veggies, etc. I just throw whatever I have into the tortillas and call it a night :-)
Lately… my favorite dinner recipe has been the brussel sprout fried rice you posted (not sure how long ago that was). We’ve seriously made it at least once a week since then! I also pre-ordered the book!
White chicken chili—I use canned chicken (😱), three cans of beans, stock, green chiles–easy dinners for the week!
Favorite easy dinner is a Greek salad with chicken! So good and comes together so quickly!
I make shrimp scampi or beefy tortellini skillet
Sausage, red potatoes, and 2 cans of green beans. Cooked on low in slow cooker all day. My favorite and easiest dinner!
