What To Eat This Week: 5/3/20.
How is it already May?!
Trying to bring in some of my favorite flavors this week… with tacos of course.
Baked parmesan chicken with lemon arugula is up next. This is a light but satisfying meal. One I make about every other week! The leftover chicken is really good too.
Next we’re going with fajita stuffed sweet potatoes. So versatile. Again, you can add whatever veggies you may have. I like to serve these with guacamole too.
Pizza friday! Try this slow roasted cherry tomato pizza with garlic cream sauce. It’s a little high maintenance but may just be the best pizza you make at home!
If you haven’t made this blackened shrimp caesar salad yet, now is the time. Holy major flavor explosion.
