Hello hello! It’s the weekend!
This week on the blog, I shared this roasted salmon salad with hot ginger dressing. It’s amazing! I love that you’re forming a book club. We have different taste in books, but as a former English teacher, I love anything that encourages people to read whatever they can get their hands on. I hope it’s wildly popular.
