What To Eat This Week

Kick things off with this sun dried tomato corn chowder. The goat cheese croutons are incredible!

Our favorite ground beef tacos are up next for taco tuesday! Love these with all the toppings.

These grilled vegetable halloumi skewers with pistachio pesto are amazing. They are so flavorful and scream summer.

Grilled chicken blueberry salad is up next! This vinaigrette is amazing!

Breakfast for dinner is a fave! This avocado toast with bacon and tomato jam is the perfect comfort food meal.

Finally, maple BBQ salmon with brown butter couscous to round out the week.

For lunches, I’m making a batch of my simple summer chickpea salad! And breakfasts… a version of these heirloom avocado bagels. YUM.
